why do we need organic chem?
unless there's a need for us to produce ester using acid and alcohol in the kitchen so our food would taste sweeter?
or we need ethene to undergo electrophilic addition with steam at 300 degree, 65 atm and h3po4 as catalyst so we can have ethanol for bbq fire?
