if u are npcc cadet or towards npcc side, better dun read this post
i seriously gonna burn down the Npcc room some day lar..
i brief them on tue abt the proposal and keep emphasising on the deadline which was ytd night or latest todae morning.. i even brief them face to face abt the proposal and i waited for them for 1 and a half hr!!! and they promised they would be on time for the proposal.. and goodness gracious, i smsed nisa on fri to remind her that the deadline was ytd!!! and she replied me, thx for ur reminder!!!the thing is, now the time is already 2.07, i did not received any mails from the npcc.. den received one sms, she told me, ytd she was out, she couldn't send me the proposal... todae is her mum birthday she could onli send me the proposal later...
i just dun understand why they could not be efficent as the ncc?? i brief them on wed morning, over the phone and i brief not very detail.. yet fy could send me the proposal by fri afternoon and i had the time to help him edit.. within 2 days they finish everything, i just dun understand why npcc could not do that?
previous batch was like tt, this batch also like tt. no wonder council dun like npcc!!!
